LSGI TRIBUNAL 

This is a court system to file appeals against decisions, orders, denial of licenses, cancellation of building permits, etc., taken by the Panchayat governing body or Secretary.

K-SMART is the online single-window system of the Local Self Government Department. Without visiting the panchayat office directly, you can submit service-related complaints online and track their real-time progress (Track Status).

VACB 

Complaints against bribery demands, large-scale financial irregularities, and diversion of government funds that may occur in panchayat offices can be filed directly with the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau.

Panchayat Secretary / President / Grievance Redressal Committee First, submit your complaint here for local disputes and delays in applications to seek a solution.

District Level

Joint Director / Deputy Director (LSGD) If no solution is obtained at the panchayat level, complaints can be submitted to the district head, Joint Director or Deputy Director.

Legal Level

Ombudsman / Tribunal If officials intentionally violate the law, engage in corruption, or deny entitled services, these legal bodies can be approached.
