Water is the elixir of life; pure water in every home.

  • Pure Water Distribution: Cleaning of wells, installation of new borewells, and providing drinking water through public taps.

  • Water Conservation: Protecting streams and water sources through various projects.

🏥 Health Sector: Ardram Mission

A healthy society, a sustainable land.

  • Family Health Centres: Transforming Primary Health Centres (PHC) into Family Health Centres (FHC) to ensure excellent treatment.

  • Epidemic Control: Ensuring disease prevention through mosquito eradication and cleaning drives.

📚 Educational Advancement

Towards growth through knowledge.

  • Infrastructure: Providing new buildings, libraries, and digital learning facilities for schools.

  • Skill Development: Swimming training, distribution of study materials, and making newspapers and periodicals available in reading rooms.

🌿 Haritha Keralam & Environmental Protection

Waste-free, Green Panchayath.

  • Haritha Karma Sena: Collecting, segregating, and processing non-biodegradable waste from homes and institutions.

  • Waste Management: Operation of plastic shredding units and biogas plants.

  • Green Protocol: Strictly banning plastic in public events.

  • Nature Conservation: Cleaning of rivers and streams, planting mangroves, and establishing biodiversity parks.

👩‍💼 Kudumbashree Mission: Women Empowerment

Steps towards self-sufficiency.

  • Micro-enterprises: Women's self-help groups, production units, and loan schemes.

  • Janakeeya Hotels: Providing food at low rates to support the goal of a hunger-free state.

  • Agricultural Collectives: Promoting local agriculture through Kudumbashree.
